SARSCENE 2003, Kingston Ontario October 15-18 Plenary Session

Following the Opening Ceremonies was the Plenary session, which discussed various aspects of seamless search and rescue, including what seamless SAR looks like, the volunteer role, partnerships, interoperability, prevention programs and Canada-U.S. cooperation.
