ANNEX F - SAR NIF Applicants Checklist

Applicants are encouraged to use the following checklist to ensure that their SAR NIF Application is complete:

The SAR NIF Application Forms:

• Completed sections 1 to 17 of the Application Form – Annex C
• Completed section 18 - SAR NIF Budget Form – Annex D
• Completed section 19 - SAR NIF Project Plan Detail Form – Annex E
• Signed and dated by the delegated individual.

Supporting documents have been included

• Letter of support for Recognized SAR Volunteer Association;
• Letters of support for in-kind contributions;
• Letters of support for cash contributions;
• Other letters of support.

For R&D Proposals:

• Separate R&D Proposal;
• Curriculum Vitae of Principal participants.
