Registration

You can register for SARSCENE 2004 one of five ways:

1. Fill out the on-line registration form;
2. Print and fill out the .pdf registration form and fax or mail it in as indicated below.
3. Contact Elise Turbide by email at eturbide@nss.gc.ca, call 1-800-727-9414, or directly at (613) 996-3733
4. Fill out the form in your SARSCENE magazine and fax it to (613) 996-3746
5. Mail your registration form to:

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing. No reimbursement for cancellations after September 30, 2004, this includes the banquet.
